The Information We Collect
There are only certain instances where you may be asked to provide some of personal information to our debt counselors. The information that we collect is for administrative purposes only. We use it to better understand and serve your needs, as well as provide you with services that may be uniquely valuable to you.
The Use of This Information
We do not use the information you provide to us for any purpose other than by mutual consent. Your information will not be available to anyone other than the staff that is handling your account with us. At no time have we or will we ever sell, distribute, or cause any of your information to fall into the hands of a 3rd party vendor. In addition, we make every effort to keep our clients informed of special events, or settlements offers that are specific to their accounts only.
Note: If required by a court of law, your information may be subjected to submission. In that situation, you will make every effort to notify you before this information is submitted. It may help to know that within the last 10 years, no such requests have come across our offices.
We are determined to keep your information private. We have even added measures to protect your personal information in transitions. For example, when you supply us with your debit card or checking account information to make a purchase, your information is encrypted to insure a safe and secure transaction. Your payment information is temporarily stored on a secure server before processing. All of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access through (1) the use of vendors that specialize in providing secure online payment solutions and by (2) not allowing your account/payment information to be accessed via the Internet.
